All shipping times are estimated. Simply Luxe Co. is not responsible for delivery delays once orders are shipped.
Please note that, due to COVID-19, there may be some delays as your package moves through the postal system.
If a package has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received it yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, porch pirates and package theft is a reality. In the unlikely situation that your package has been stolen, please contact us and we will provide you with a descriptive outline of your package to file a Police Report. This is needed to file a stolen package claim with the delivery carrier. Simply Luxe Co. is not responsible for stolen mail as a result of unsecured receiving locations provided by the customer.
Please make sure to send the correct address before submitting your order. Simply Luxe Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to erroneous shipping addresses that are entered by the customer. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping costs. Shipping costs may be waved at the discretion of Simply Luxe Co. during special promotions, sales, etc.
Signature Confirmation Policy:
Most orders will not require a signature confirmation for delivery, except with the following exceptions:
- Any orders containing leather goods
- Any orders with a value above $100
International Shipping Policy:
Simply Luxe Co. does not accept International orders at this time (US orders only).
