Exchanges and returns are not accepted by Simply Luxe Co. at this time due to health and safety concerns. 

All digital/printable/downloadable products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not eligible for exchange.

In the event that there is a problem with your order, please email us at sales@simplyluxeco.com with your order number, description of the product(s) you are not satisfied with, and the reason(s) that you are not satisfied.  We are committed to responding to your email within 24 hours.
